Job Site Delivery:

Have deliveries to a job site project? We can accommodate that! Midwest’s fleet offers a variety trucks ready for any site and cages with wheels with easy mobility around delivery sites.

Shipping Rate Finder

Our shipping area is divided into (5) delivery zones. Please type in your zip code to determine your delivery zone, freight fee % and the order minimum for your zone.

Due to the uncertainty of fuel prices, it may necessary to adjust our delivery minimums, freight fees, shipping zones or fuel surcharges. IM电竞官网下载 LLC reserves the right to modify the delivery program at any time.

Fuel Surcharges are calculated as a % of the freight fees and adjusted on a weekly basis. IM电竞官网下载 follows the U.S. Energy Information Administration Midwest average price for a gallon of diesel fuel as the basis of calculating fuel surcharges.

The Check-In Kiosk allows for expedited processing for your pick-up orders. If you have terms or a credit card on file, our team will simply print your paperwork for your pre-placed order and get you to our loading team for more efficient order processing.

Your one-stop shop for fast and convenient ordering. The U-PICK Yard houses over 300 varieties of our most popular Midwest plants, a variety of the most requested balled & burlapped trees and shrubs, and our best-selling Midwest Trading bagged goods. Monthly sales events offer 10-20% plus your EVD off your order; and a loyalty program where every $150 spent earns you a stamp towards an additional discount.

One Hour Text/Call-Ahead:
Text/Call 630-538-2542 to have your order pulled from the U-PICK Yard in one hour.

Online Ordering:

Place orders at your convenience 24/7. To place orders on our website, you must be a IM电竞官网下载 customer. Use your Customer Number and the email associated with your account to login for the first time. Upon logging in, you’ll be able to place orders for delivery, pick-up or will call. You will see your pricing with your EVD applied, if applicable. You can also access account terms, order history, the Custom Color Label Pre-Pricing program. Shipping minimums and order cut-offs apply.
